I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the LimoPros fees schedule as provided when I supplied this credit card. All credit cards will be charged by Douglas & Associates dba Limopros.com.
To open an account with LimoPros.com, you must provide a valid corporate or individual credit card. This card will be charged per schedule supplied by email.
I further acknowledge that I understand and agree to the Pre-Paid all fees on a monthly basis as described in the Terms of Use agreement. The cost of producing leads will be deducted from my account balance and my credit will be charged to maintain my minimum balance. I will have access to a detailed list of monthly charges in my affiliate account. In the event that my credit card should decline for payment, I understand that I have up to 48 hours to provide a new Credit Card form to avoid deactivation and a reactivation fee of $25 may be charged and/or any past due balances. I also understand that I may cancel my Limopros.com membership at anytime by sending
1) an email directly to webmaster@limopros.com or
2) by faxing cancellation notice to 954-756-7082
